Finding new ways to work, rebuild, and move forward.

New Ways creates real opportunities for people who are ready to build a better future—whether adapting to work with a prosthetic or orthotic device or rebuilding after substance use.

Our mission

Real work. Real support. Real futures.

We connect motivated participants with referral sources, employers, and supporters who are willing to create a pathway to meaningful, sustainable employment.

The goal is not simply a placement. It is a stable, independent life built through opportunity, preparation, coaching, accountability, and work that matters.

The goal: sustainable employment

Success is measured by opportunity earned and lives changed.

Two ways forward

One program. Two employment pathways.

Each pathway is built around practical support, real-world work, and personal accountability.

Adaptive Employment Pathway

Adapt, return, advance.

For individuals using a prosthetic or orthotic device who are ready to enter, re-enter, or advance in the workforce.

We focus on ability, adaptation, and support—helping participants find practical new ways to do things and succeed in real-world jobs.

Recovery Employment Pathway

Rebuild through work.

For individuals beginning or continuing recovery from substance use who are ready to rebuild their lives through employment.

We provide a bridge from treatment to the workplace—helping participants regain purpose, stability, and confidence through real work and accountability.
